Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of studio0x.io, eventOS and related services provided by studio0x LLC (“studio0x”, “we”, “us”), Sarasota, Florida. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

The services

studio0x provides an AI-powered event management platform for planning, running and learning from events. Features may change as the product develops. AI-generated output can be inaccurate, so review it before relying on it.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and tell us promptly at b@studio0x.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• break any law or infringe anyone else’s rights;
• upload malware or content that is unlawful, harmful or abusive;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services or other users’ data;
• interfere with, overload or reverse-engineer the services;
• resell or redistribute the services without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you put into the services. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the services to you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

No warranty

The services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, studio0x LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if greater.

Termination

You may stop using the services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sarasota County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it.
